One person to deal with, and a whole team behind me.

My aim isn’t just to put your property on the market. It’s to build a selling strategy that suits the property and your situation.
In practice: careful presentation with quality photographs and video, a targeted search for buyers (discreet when that’s wiser), and the professional networks our agency belongs to.
You have one point of contact who knows every detail and looks after your interests right through to completion, and beyond. Personal commitment, good service and a strong team: for me, that is what makes the difference.

How a sale works
Step by step
First
Meeting and valuation
I visit your property, listen to your plans and give you a valuation backed by recent local sales.
Then
Presentation
Photos, video, listing: I put together a presentation that makes buyers want to see it.
Next
Targeted marketing
My own list of buyers, the INTERKAB and MLS Côte d’Azur networks, and a discreet, off-market approach when that is wiser.
Finally
Through to completion, and beyond
Offers, the preliminary contract (compromis de vente), following up the buyer’s mortgage and liaising with the notary, right up to handing over the keys, and beyond.
Two partner networks, depending on your mandate
Eden Park Immobilier belongs to two collaborative networks: INTERKAB, with 8,500 member agencies across France and more than a hundred in my area, and MLS Côte d’Azur. Which one suits you depends on your property and the mandate we sign together.

How the networks help you sell
The value of a collaborative network of local agencies lies in professionals working together, each with their own office, shop window and knowledge of the market.
- You keep a single point of contact: the agency you signed the mandate with.
- Partner agencies in the network can show your property to their own buyers.
- Agents share the fee between themselves as agreed, with no extra cost to you as the seller.
- Sharing your property across the network means more chances to meet the right buyer.

Your questions
Frequently asked questions
Which areas do you cover?
My core area is Saint-Raphaël (town centre, Valescure, Boulouris, Agay), Fréjus (Fréjus-Plage, Tour de Mare, Caïs), Saint-Aygulf and Sainte-Maxime, with the villages around them. I also work in Cannes, around Roquebrune-sur-Argens and inland (Puget-sur-Argens, Bagnols-en-Forêt), and when needed as far as La Croix-Valmer, or beyond.
What is the difference between INTERKAB and MLS Côte d’Azur?
With INTERKAB, I share your property, under a non-exclusive mandate (mandat simple), with a network of 8,500 member agencies across France, more than a hundred of them in my area. With MLS Côte d’Azur, you sign an exclusive mandate (mandat exclusif) and every member agency from Fréjus to Menton can show it to its buyers: you still deal with one person.
How long does the mandate last?
My mandates run for a minimum of three months. The exact terms are set out in the mandate we sign together.
Can you handle probate or a jointly owned property?
Yes. Probate, joint ownership (indivision), dividing a plot: I handle these sales regularly, drawing on the agency’s experience and working closely with local notaries.
How does buying a property in France work?
Once you agree a price, you and the seller sign a preliminary contract (compromis de vente) and you usually pay a deposit of 5 to 10%. If you are buying a home, you then have ten days to withdraw without penalty (délai de rétractation), counted from the day after you receive the signed contract. Completion, when the deed (acte authentique) is signed at the notary’s, usually follows about three months later. For a resale property, notary fees and taxes add roughly 7 to 8% to the price. I guide you through each step.
How do I get my property valued?
Fill in the valuation form or call me on +33 6 51 38 66 64. I’ll come and see your property and give you a valuation backed by recent local sales.
